Dear minifriends, the time has come to pack and ship my studio, close shop for a while, and move to France! As soon as I've settled we'll carry on as before. I wish you all happy holidays and hope to welcome you back in my shop in the  new year!! Marike Schenning

             WELCOME TO MY WEBSHOP!

My name is Marike Schenning, and I've been showing my work on miniatureshows, in Holland and abroad, for several years now.

Lately I've been working on my webshop, and named it "Next to Nothing-Ceramics"

My miniature ceramics are wheel-thrown, glazed, fired and decorated by me. It's real earthenware and stoneware.

This means you can work on it with polymerclay, and use it for porcelainpainting, it also means it may break when dropped!

My collection has great bits and pieces for your scene's, pottery for all your floral needs and stylish basics for your dinnertable.

My work fits any romantic, shabby chic or brocante interior.

Please read the description carefully, and if you're not certain, contact me!

I don't want to see you dissappointed! ( for instance: does the vase come with or without flowers? )

I DON'T SELL FURNITURE, ACCESOIRES OR FLOWERS!!

The accesoires in my shop are from my own, private collection.

They serve as decoration and reference to the scale of my work.

The items in my shop are mostley one-of-a-kind.

If you purchase several "look a likes", I can not guarantee they're a perfect fit.

I'd suggest you to purchase the sets I've selected. ( they'll have matching colours, handles, knobs etc.)

My work's not intended for children!
